My Best Friend

First of all I want to tell Robert Muhale and all of Missie Land Muhale my thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. I have so many good memories of Missie. We meant in 7th grade. We were not friends right away but some time in that year we became friends and from there never really separated until I moved my 10th grade year. So here is one of my memories. We decided we wanted tattoos (should have never done) so Missies says I know how to do them with Indian ink, Cigarette Ashes, a needle and thread. Sounds crazy right well it was. Not sure how she knew how to do them we had not internet back then or a way to look it up. But I trusted her. So we decided to steal Indian ink from art class and the plan came together. I went to stay all night at her house and of course I was the genie pig decided to get a small cross on my index finger. It hurt like heck. But it was done. I hid this from my Mom for a couple of weeks before she seen it and of course I got grounded and could not go to Missies house for a while. But I could still see her at school so that was all good. Well I went back a couple of weeks later to spend the night and I got my name on my ankle. Missie says I am going to put a dot under it so you will always remember me. Well she did not have to put a dot because I will always remember her. We had quite the journey through school and out at summer time. I have so many memories but I will keep them between me and her secrets to our graves. Missies I will always remember you as full of life, funny, had a plan after school graduation and just all around good person. I am sorry you will not be able to see your grandson grow up I know that was one of the biggest joys of your life and your son also. Fly High over them and keep an eye on each one of your loved ones I am sure they will make you proud. I loved you then and still love you now even though it has been years since we seen each other. Remember the LeaAnn Band. LOL Fly High my friend Love you Tarri Townsend
