Message: Remembering the Good Times, with Mike - he and I shared a love for baseball. Mike's favorite ballplayer was Ted Williams and Mike would tell me stories about Ted and his hitting and how incredibly great Ted's eyesight was. Mike and I would try to go to a ball game in KC once a year, when the White Sox were in town. Mike is the only White Sox fan I ever met in my life and I learned that when you are a Chicago White Sox fan, you job is to ridicule the Chicago CUBS and their fans and Mike did this job really well. When at the Royals stadium, if we walked by someone wearing a Cubs hat or Cubs tshirt, Mike would say something smart alecky until I finally told him, "Mike, did you notice the size of those young men that you are popping off to - knock it off" Mike would just grumble something like -"Cubs Fans - they don't know a fastball from a knuckleball!!" Mike and I ate dinner at least once a month for the last 14 years, in KC, while we were both up there on our sales trips. Spending time with Mike, over dinner, is where I really got to know him and where he was able to impart his love for the program we both shared and lived. And no one I know, lived it more than Mike - he was an incredible example of how a man should be - he made me a better person. I am going to miss this man so incredibly much. Mike you will always be in my heart. Love you Brother! Dennis
